- Projection facilities: laptop with various free software; data projector being found
- Slides: we would like to put presentations online, ideally as both html and PDF, either taking the copy from the day or ones that you provide soon afterwards. Please will you grant permission to reproduce your presentations under simple free software-friendly terms (MIT/X11-type licence, public domain)? We will link back to your own site's copy too, if applicable;
- Recording: we will try to record the talks, put them online (audio and video) and produce a DVD for LUGs.
- Directions: these were sent to fsfe-uk and I will copy them to the web site.
- Promotion: please mention AFFSAC in any online news page or blog that you have, and to groups to which you belong. Thanks to those who have already done so.
- Panel: there will be a "question time" panel. If you would like to participate, please let me know. If you all say yes, we will have to choose between you, so please don't be upset if that happens.
