[Ukfs-event] This event is slipping away

Dear All
I am concerned about the lack of action on this list. I have organised 
significant events like this in the past, and to achieve a good result 
requires months of planning not weeks.
I am really concerned that if you push to go ahead with this event in 
November (4 weeks away) that it will end up being unsuccessful and could 
cost the OSC a significant financial resource.
I think we would be well advised to consider, moving this to 2007 and we 
really need some one to take the lead
