Argh, I just don't know any more, having worked stuff out some more and 
realised just how much it will cost to cover food (ie Tesco sandwiches and some
fruit not fancy hotel breakfasts or going out for lunch), even if we bring 
loads of sandwiches from home on the first day, and tube transport.  We need 
to stay two nights because of various reasons including setting the stand up 
on the first morning.  When I add it all up it will cost us at least as much 
again as we are asking in expenses.  Neither of us have any income at all at 
the moment and I feel very stressed trying to work it all out.
